Project: Re-connecting Corsair Connect.
Brief For this project I was tasked with conducting research on Santa Monica College's Corsair Connect Website. A platform that allows students to add, drop and pay for their classes.
Problem: The platform is full of useful resources, however there's so much content piled on top of one another that it's difficult for students to quickly locate what they need most.
Goal: To design a more intuitive layout, that clearly displays the most important resources i.e " enrollment, financial aid, counseling services" in order to simplify a new students onboarding experience.
Role : Conducted research, interviews and usability tests. Created a sitemap, wire flows and low & high fidelity prototypes.
Tools used: Adobe XD, Indesign & Photoshop.
